With a background spanning education, leadership, recruitment and workplace training, I've built my career around helping people develop their skills, build confidence and reach their potential.

I'm particularly interested in learning and development, organisational capability and the future of work, including how technology and AI are changing the way we learn and work.

I'm currently expanding my knowledge through a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, exploring how my experience in training, communication and people development can contribute to safer workplaces.

I'm also the founder of Built to Pivot, a newsletter sharing real stories about adaptability, resilience and personal growth.
